Thanks so much for the kind words AJ—really glad the post resonated with you.

The Schulte case is such a good example of how emotions and personality dynamics can collide with dramatic consequences. I’d speculate that Mr Schulte was very low on agreeableness and conscientiousness—what do you reckon? An unpleasant and volatile combination, especially when paired with a sense of grievance and a lack of emotional competance in the system.

I’d be interested to know how you’d make sense of this through the Lumina Spark lens. One of the things I do like how LS captures the dynamic, nature of personality, especially how traits show up under pressure or stress. We need more of that kind of insight in leadership and culture work.
